Captain who suffered 'brain injury' on a superyacht is suing businessman's company for £3.2m

Adam Prior was hit on the head during a race off the Isle of Wight in July 2015. He is blaming unsafe weather conditions and a lack of maintenance for the accident but the company denies all blame.
