HS2 ISN’T done deal Downing Street warns after Barclay says UK committed to £106bn project
Cabinet minister Steve Barclay says he believes HS2 will go ahead despite bitter divisions over the eye-watering costs of the rail link. Boris Johnson is expected to make a final decision on the future of the project as early as this week.
