DOWNING Street has ordered the Premier League to get a grip on racism after monkey chants were allegedly directed at a Chelsea player during their Premier League clash with Spurs. Tottenham Hotspur launched an investigation after Blues defender Antonio Rudiger reported being targeted with the vulgar chants during the second half of Sunday’s game in which Chelsea saw off a poor Spurs.
