Pension warning: Conmen stealing 22 YEARS of savings from victims using nasty trick
VICTIMS of pension scammers lose £82,000 each on average, it was revealed yesterday. The sum represents 22 years of typical retirement savings – and can be stolen in less than 24 hours by the tricksters. The Financial Conduct Authority and the Pensions Regulator published the figures for 2018 as they launched a joint anti-fraud campaign.
