Drunk man who failed roadside sobriety test 'encouraged police to arrest him'
Jackine L. Austin, 38, was arrested in Illinois after he stopped his car in the middle of the street and fell asleep. When he woke, a drunk Austin encouraged police to arrest him after he failed the sobriety test.
